1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.
2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges ÂŁ20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be ÂŁ40.
Guest Access:
- Youâll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.
- Please note, the lead guest for group bookings must be aged 25 or older.
- Unbeatable Location in Brighton Central - Youâll have the Brighton Central beachfront at your doorstep, plus easy access to fantastic transport links. Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express Coaches and major local bus routes, is moments away. Brighton Train Station is just a 10-minute walk, or hop on a bus that stops directly outside the flat every two minutes.

Mixed bag here. Great property for central Brighton. Would get five stars however. Check in details were late in my view. Parking situation was not very clear. We also it a situation where another group said that they had the flat booked. Not sure what happened to them. That would have knocked this down to three stars but I left a charger behind. The host was very accommodating returning it to me so back to four stars
Flat is in a brilliant location and kept really nicely. Nice welcome touches too from property manager. Really helpful property manager too.Unfortunately at night, the windows do not provide any sound proofing and all night children were awake scared of the loud noises and fights happening in surrounding streets.
