Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
Weâll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), youâll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good nightâs sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If youâre planning one, just drop us a message, and weâll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.
Pets
This property is not pet-friendly.
Check-Out
Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a ÂŁ50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
