Quiet, spacious and modern maisonette

The maisonette is located in a quiet residential street in Preston Park Village. Very close to Preston Park station taking 5 minutes by train to Brighton and 50 minutes to London.

The apartment is lovely and bright with a large sitting room including modern, comfortable seating and a huge picture window overlooking the communal garden.

The maisonette is ideally suited to couples and small families and it is a great location to use as a base for the various events in the area and for exploring Brighton.

The area to the lower floor includes a large living room and kitchen, with a separate entrance lobby. The kitchen includes an integrated washing machine, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer.

To the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom.

Within walking distance there is a small Sainsbury's which stocks the essentials and there are a number of very good pubs and coffee shops nearby.
