The actual apartment was absolutely incredible but the service that you get if you try and call the phone number and be outsourced to the Philippines and being completely unhelpful. After 20 minutes on the phone, I hung up and had to book through a third- party.
There was a 30 minute wait to check in where was just one person checking everyone in and a gormless manager leaning on the counter not even acknowledge anyone that was waiting or bothered to help check the long line in.
Hotel room was great but woke up in the morning and found that there were no towels at all in my room put through again to the front desk which went again to the Philippines. Spent another 10 minutes on the phone trying to figure it out eventually got the desk and they said that they would send towels up another 20 minutes go by l, I called the front desk again and get put through to the Philippines again and was told that they were very busy and had to collect them myself. At this stage, I am very late for my course and had to go down to reception literally with my pyjamas on very angry. I go back to my room with my towels and see that the towels are now on the kitchen bench. 😡
The poor front desk staff are understaffed and having to deal with the fallout of a system that just simply does not work. Whilst the front of the staff are friendly, I feel sorry for them as they would have to deal with the fallout on a day-to-day basis.
Employ some people in Australia, please! This is not working!
