We booked a pool access room and it was great. Great location with easy access to cafes and restaurants in the West End. Close proximity to public transport. Staff are helpful throughout our stay. Perfect in every way - made sure we had parking as accessibility issues - early check-in no issues - could not do enough for us to assist my wife in wheelchair - one of the most accessible and disability friendly both facilities and staff I have ever stayed - also solid gym and pool really nice as well - did not eat there so can't comment on this but looked amazing from what I saw

Everything was fine.. Just the breakfast isnt worth $39.90 per person unless you're an Accor Member and get 30% off.. Plus, it's not a Novotel issue, but the amount of homeless people in the park opposite the hotel is ridiculous.. which can have an affect to the overall hotel experience.
