What a gem. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most amazing staff members and each one we met were lovely. There is gorgeous local art for sale and it is a very chic boutique hotel. We travel all over the US and our dinner was the best dinner we’ve had since we were in NYC in the spring. The Chef and his team clearly put their heart and soul into each dish. Our server, Erica was exceptional. The room was well appointed, but I would suggest a small nightstand for water and coffee by the other side of the bed and a bench in the shower for shaving. The pillows and bedding were literally heavenly. I’ve already emailed the company in Spain to see if I can purchase my own. The housekeeper was delightful this morning as well. Will absolutely be back.

The rooms are comfortable, with the riverfront side giving you a nice balcony and view. These rooms have very nice open walk in showers with multiple sprays. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the whole place feels classy without being stuffy. Brunswick is about a 20 minute drive away, 35 or so for St Simons. A nice resort without having to pay resort prices.

For $200 a night I had a mediocre room which consist of a king size bed, a 35 inch television one night stand in the bathroom with half a glass shower door. I have stayed in Marriott residence Inn, which is a much better hotel. I will never stay there again I had to go tell the concierge that the ad about this hotel had a bench in the room. I didn’t even have a bench in the room. He had to bring one up to the room nothing plush or luxurious about this room or hotel. and then when I purchased my hotel through Expedia, they had charged me a resort fee when we were leaving to check out they charge me another resort fee big rip off.
