"We so enjoyed our time at the big yellow barn! The property is absolutely beautiful - clean and well-maintained. We were in the area for our youngest son's wedding at The Acreage south of Palmyra and this location was fantastic! Less than 4 miles from the venue - worked out perfectly for our group. Six adults stayed in the rental and we could easily have housed another 10. So much room!! Our host was quick to respond with any questions and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is on site. I am hoping The Acreage will add this to their list of information for venue clients - what a great opportunity to promote both facilities! "

We stayed the night before at your generic hotel—mono-chromatic colors, steel furniture and the same breakfast you find everywhere. That won’t be your experience here! You’ll step into a home from the early 1900’s, lovingly restored with rich wood trims, antique furniture and floral fabrics. Every nook and cranny is interesting and thoughtful touches abound. The breakfast is homemade and served by the hosts. Don’t expect a hotel, look forward to a home.
