"The furnishings were outdated, it looked like an 80s explosion. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and the food was cold and was only open for dinner thurs-sun. There was a stench of gas in the lobby and elevators. I called the front desk several times with no answer. There were no towels in the bin by the pool, and I could not find anyone to ask for help. There were two people who stood out and provided excellent customer service, the young man who checked us in whose name is Sean and the young African-American woman who was manning the desk Wednesday. They were really the only saving grace for this hotel. "…""The furnishings were outdated, it looked like an 80s explosion.
