Love the resort, only issue was our room was a con joined room with the door joining the rooms. either the door area or the walls overall were thin and we could hear the neighbors all too well. They were very loud. Kids screaming and crying. I’m not sure if a non conjoined room would have been that bad with hearing the neighbors or not.

Floors were dirty with a pretty good sized chunk of hair sitting on the nightstand. It's very noisy and there are only blinds on the windows so there's no way to block out the light from outside at night. The shower head has good pressure but only sprays out the sides. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable we have slept on in a while. Very disappointed in our stay.

Spring bust! Pools closed; website or listing does not state that. Food truck overpriced and flavorless. Fridge has a leak. Maintenance came by and said they would come back later to fix it, but never came back. Jacuzzi was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Maintenance looked at it, could not get the problem to repeat, even though it leaked every night at bath time for the kids. Rooms are paper-thin; you hear every neighbor on all sides, above and below.

The view and location was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the room did not have basics like paper towels, napkins, shampoo or conditioner. No laundry soap or dish soap. The door and washer was broke. But not horrible for the price.

It’s a great property with lot of amenities. We loved the paddle boats and the hot tub. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the buildings were old, with thin walls. We could hear our neighbors and water flowing through the walls. Riding the elevator was, umm, scary.

The property was clean and well kept. The room was clean and the carpet looked new. The bed was sunken in on one side and was not the most comfortable because of that. They had a hot tub but it was very lukewarm and wouldn't get hot.
