The service and the hotel was awful. Had a reservation and they put our daughter in two rooms and had to move her again to a room that had an old shirt hanging in the closet. Never will stay there again

It was easy to book and get all my stuff done online before showing up to the hotel the rooms were very clean and the whole property was clean my only complaint is with the breakfast because the eggs were barely edible and the juice machine was broken

They called while I was at the airport in NY flying to Missouri to tell me the elevator and pool were not working. Their compensation was to tell me i could cancel and not pay fees (hours before check-in) beyond annoying

I booked this stay in order to surprise a lifelong friend. My family (14 y/o boy and 9 y/o boy) believes in swimming. Upon arrival my husband and I were informed that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and that the elevator was also out of order. We were offered a full refund, but, we decided to stay. This was one of the nicest hotels we have been in. We got a family suite. It was nice and clean, it smelled amazing. We had breakfast downstairs, there were waffles, yogurt, bagels, sausages. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

CONs. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. I would have been equally comfortable laying on one of those high school tracks made of shredded rubber. HVAC temperature could not be maintained at all. Hear all the noises of room above. Liquid everything vs. bars of soap and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner bottle was empty PROs: fast to get hot water. Standup shower vs. tub. Many electric outlets. HVAC did have a Constant Fan option.
