I booked this property for a long weekend for my family based on the good reviews and the fact they had a working indoor pool. Which my kids were looking forward to. However, upon checking in they informed us that the pool was out of service and had been for a few weeks. There was no communication beforehand communicating this. A simple email or phone call would have been nice. We would have canceled our reservation and gone somewhere else. Better communication needs to be implemented.

Hotel was nice and what I was expecting. However I booked the room 2 months before my trip. After booking a storm damaged the pool and hot tub area. The pool/hot tub is the reason I chose this hotel. I was not notified that these amenities would be unavailable. I feel like either the hotel or especially Expedia should have communicated with me.

Not pleased

No house keeping to empty trash or bring fresh towels. Only 3 small pillows the bed felt like it was a full size instead of a queen The complementary coffee was nasty even the breakfast wasn't up to par. The orange juice was good and to be able to eat the sausage patties you had to put syrup on them. The tub dont drain fast enough with the shower running. Only one elevator worked. Didnt stay for the pool or hot tub as they were down for maintenance at the wrong time of the year. Definitely wasnt worth the money so i will never stay again. The people at the front desk was always kind and friendly which is the only thing going for this particular hotel
