The property was nice. Close access to the lake. It is still just a few minutes to the main strip but feels like you are away from and enjoying the nice quite lake life. I just wished the room was cooler.

Pretty and spacious but outdated

Janell at the desk was very nice and helpful. The other 2 guys weren't helpful and didn't know much about the area or attractions. Our rooms were spacious but one of the toilets was broken, even after they came to fix it. The tubs were very soft on the bottom, as well as the floor around them. We were afraid we would fall through and took very fast showers. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance so the kids were bummed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fall suits

Our stay was great. The amenities were nice. This resort had mini golf that was included with your stay and 2 pools, and a game room and movie room with hundreds of movies to choose from. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was updated and nice and didn’t look anything like the pictures—it was better than the pictures. The indoor pool was very cold unfortunately and our balcony/porch was very dirty and we had to sweep it because my kids were getting dust and con webs all over them but the customer service was amazing. All I had to do was text the hotel if I needed something which that was very convenient.

The condo was from very nice except for a few bugs in the kitchen. One thing I did not like was they charged in amenity fee for $40 extra just to use the pool and other things. Nothing was advertised about this fee. No breakfast.

Very nice! Customer service not so nice. I asked for clean bedding and was told they would bring clean bedding but would not make the bed.Called front desk for a plunger after 4 hours and 2 calls I got one. Made for a stressful day trying to keep kids out of that bathroom.

very nice room and nice amenities. My only negative was there was repair on two pools, one hot tub and the entry to the activity room was blocked and had to go through the main part of the hotel each time.

My husband and i typically come here once a year and everything is usually fine but this time we requested to be at the top to look down into the water. We were placed on the 4th floor in a building with the elevator out of order. We initially thought the staff had it held open because it was just open on the ground floor with no sign so we proceeded to lug our items up to the 4th floor and that's when we saw the out of order sign. The tub was dingy and the shower didn't work. The patio needed power washing and the livingroom furniture was dated. I know they just renovated this place so im guessing we got one that hadn't been updated. We made the best of it.

Always an amazing time when staying here! My only complaint this trip was the elevator being broke in our unit. Having to truck up 6 flights of stairs suck. But other than that amazing place!

After check-in they sent you to another desk for a parking pass then they hassle you into 90 minute timeshare spill. The bath tub and the shower situation. They had whirlpool tub and a shower all in one and it fit properly. It was hard to take a shower.

Home base for Thunder Ridge Concert

Wonderful staff, great little Mexican restaurant pretty much on site. Highly recommend that! Very clean, very safe! Will be staying again!
