We felt that there was no privacy. We could hear every word, footstep, piece of silverware being used, shower, etc. in the adjoining condo! It made us self conscious to even talk, or consider having intimate moments. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, not relaxing at all. We slept ok and the studio was clean. The tub area needs hand bars to create a more safe space with such a luxurious, deep tub.

Spacious suites, centrally located, but not on the main drag of Branson. Quiet and it was beautiful to sit out on the screened in area and drink coffee early in the mornings. My husband say a bald eagle fly by.

Relaxing and pretty

Beautiful grounds in the river with marina, pool, playground and park attached. Quiet and relaxing area. Lived we had 2 screened porches and had everything we needed for a short stay. Somewhat hotel-like furniture but comfy and clean.

Area, location was O.K. To enter Shower/Bathtub we had to step over a 20 inches high wall, not useful for elderly. Condo was at bottom floor, had lots of people coming by, marginally clean, some furniture had damages. Heat air-intake was dirty. Overall fair, a little disappointing.
