Excelente ubicación, excelentes vistas, habitación muy limpia. Es un buen punto para caminar al norte o al sur. Cerca de la línea del metro. Si se viene del aeropuerto pueden bajar cerca de Millenium Park y de ahí tomar un Uber. Hay muchas opciones para llegar, todo estuvo excelente!

The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the mirror wasn’t actually a mirror, it was some sort of reflective tape that started wearing off on the edges. Additionally, there was no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Other than that is cool the food was subpar, comparatively to going to a TGI Fridays.

The staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the bar and dining room. Our room was nice and clean. It smelled nice and fresh unlike other places that I've stayed at. We asked for a fan and it was brought up right away.
