The staff was amazing and kind. Our check in was smooth. Our room was clean and as pictured and described. We were able to walk to near by restaurants, bars and shopping areas with no issues. Uber and lyft also reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the Chicago loop. When we checked in, we informed the desk clerk Lola that we were celebrating an anniversary and she was able to upgrade our room, which worked out phenomenally! I couldn't be happier with the accommodations and the friendly service that we received.

Room is spare and clean, my favorite. Had to go to 3rd floor for teas, but there was a good selection and the machines worked great. Location was ideal a block off the blue line from O’Hare.
