Location was fine. The room had no storage space whatsoever. The drawers were glued shut so that you couldn't open them. The water in the shower did not reach a sufficient heat level for a decent hot shower. They we valet our car at $83. The card said text us when you're ready to pick up your car - so having a early morning flight from O'Hare, I text them first thing when I got up cause I figured it would take 15 or 20 minutes to get the car. After 15 minutes we called the front desk and they had not received any text and they said they would get the valet to take care of it. 40 minutes later we're in the lobby and they're trying to hunt down the valet guy. Our car keys were literally sitting on the hotel front desk. When the car finally arrived an hour after we requested it, we had lost all our cushion for a flight I couldn't fill the car up with gas and had a really stressful time at the airport. Totally unnecessary. Skip this place
