We stayed just one night after attending a concert at the United Center, travelling in from the South Suburbs. It was a convenient walk from Millennium Station, then a CTA bus ride to the United Center. We felt safe returning to the hotel that night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed, city view room was a nice size for two people. The beds were comfortable, as it was quiet to get a good night's rest. I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Beautiful large rooms but absolutely no sound proofing for road and outside noise. Construction is also being carried out next to the hotel and starts at 8am. If you’re a light sleeper like me maybe avoid this hotel. I was on the 5th floor maybe higher up floors are better.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago was a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my overall experience. The location is fantastic as well, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!

Super friendly staff! There was an electrical problem in the room I checked into. The front desk resolved it quickly and switched me to another room. I appreciated it. Everything is at walking distance, super convenient!
