It's OK, not great

Cons: There were only two wash cloths. The design of the closet space is very awkward in that when doors are open, you are trapped by them and no one else can pass by. There is no lighting in the coffee area and poor lighting overall. Few cable TV channels. Restaurant service was slow and got order wrong. Husband brought it to the room, so it wasn't discovered until then. Just one very small table and one chair in an extra large double queen room. There is NO green space for pets. Pros: friendly staff, quick valet, comfortable beds, decent location

overall a great spot. valet was awesome and efficient. when i pulled out the bench under the entertainment center, it was a layer of dust and a crumbs and a dead bug. that got me. ik you can ask for towels but in a multiguest room, have more than one towel readily available. the body wash dispenser was empty. staff was very kind!

Hotel room was a solid size for being in downtown Chicago and one of the few properties that had two queen size beds instead of doubles. Bed was comfortable. Overall for the loop area it was a good option. Would stay here again

48 hour trip

Great place to stay for a quick 48 hour trip. It’s in more of a business area but still walkable to everything. The hotel does look a little older than i expected but was still clean and the service was phenomenal.
