This hotel is in a neighborhood convenient to the Loop, Michigan Ave, and public transportation. Surrounding shops and restaurants are many. I love the pool--it's big and it has great hours!

It was walkable to everything we needed in downtown Chicago. The rooftop terrace was awesome and we had a great stay. My only complaint is there was no fridge in the room.

I booked it specifically for the pool. The pool was under construction and not listed on the website. I was comped a free breakfast in exchange.

Security was busy conservating with the FDR, delaying my check in; also lessoning a wonderful customer experience... the property overall was ok. The room itself was quite nice; no fridge & the coffee maker needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

Noisy inside and outside. Room smelled bad when heat came on. Sink drain was clogged. Wifi was bad.
