I can’t recall the name of the guy that checked us in but he was very very helpful. One thing I didn’t like is that we couldn’t get food from Amuse delivered to our room nor order from room for pick up. Everything else was fabulous. Great view from room 3301!

The staff was so helpful and very friendly, the Palms restaurant was the best Saba our waitresses made our anniversary night a wonderful evening

What I like about this hotel in particular is that it feels like every staff is in-sync in providing a attention to the guests along with a simple hello.. and a attitude in "How can I make your stay much pleasant... I will stay in this hotel on my next business stay in Chicago IL...

Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was in general very nice, clean and upscale. Downsides - Limited access to moderately priced food (good food available but quite expensive), no pool facility
