We could not have had a better experience staying at the Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was courteous & everyone was very helpful. The Starbucks, located in the lobby was an added bonus. The workout room & pool were everything we needed. If I had To say anything about an improvement, it would be the shower. I had to stay in the shower longer to get the soap/shampoo off because the shower head & water pressure didn’t allow for a good quick shower. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I will definitely book there again.
