It’s a hyped hotel, we paid extra for supposedly nicer room, not so much. We paid for concierge parking but there was no true concierge apparently they were short on people or something like that. Nothing terrible but there was really no service and I had to ask for very basic services. Won’t go there again

It’s was ok overall. For the price though there should have been a microwave in the room and I booked a room with a city view and that is not what was given to us. There was a $325 security deposit and when I booked the room it said it was only $96 but a different price when we arrived.. staff was awesome but not sure if I would stay again just because of the pricing mix up.
