This was our second time here, and our stay was wonderful. Prompt service. Very helpful staff. Friendly and welcoming. Numerous amenities. No long waits to check-in or for elevators. Attention to detail and incredibly convenient location. One of our favorite places to stay. Spacious, clean rooms. One request/complaint - the temperature of the fitness center was excessively hot and humid. I called to request the temp be lowered on the first day of our stay, but I could not tell much of a difference when I was using the treadmill on day 2 and 3 of our stay. There were other guests also complaining about the temperature. I am not sure if the a/c was off, but it was almost too hot and stick to exercise. If that had been corrected, our stay would have truly been perfect!

Hotel was beautiful, but we only brought our bicycles so avoid crazy 4th of July traffic and the bellman were acting like they had never seen a bicycle in their life. They didn't know where to park it they kept asking me to ask different people where to leave them. I should have just taken them to my room and not bothered storing them.
