The staff was amazing and very welcoming. We were so tired from being awake all day from our flight they made check in easyand fast. They offered the packandplay which I was too tired to remember to ask for. Thank you to the friendly ladies who worked Fridag night around 930 pm. Anytime you got off the elevator there is always a familiar face greeting you and asking if they could help with anything! Lets not talk about options for breakfast, the kids are very picky but were able to find options and actually ate the food. Thank you again you made our firat time in Chicago memorable. You will see us again soon.
