Nice place! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff! Two thumbs up for them! Clean hotel, no noise, close to some attractions and some good restaurants. They don’t replace towels or clean the rooms every day. That was disappointing and they need to improve the breakfast options.

No water no microwave in the room. Front desk said he will get someone bring the water to the room or warm up the food for you. No one ever showed up. Terrible services. The AC was very loud and door closing noises were all over the place.

Lovely affordable hotel right by Michigan Ave

Comfortable and well-priced for the location, right by 900 Shops. Parking is available in the parking garage across the street and you can buy a validated ticket from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, typical eggs, hash browns, sausage links, breads, coffee, juice and was nice to have included with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Do not have yoga with breakfast and Oatmeal only for weekend , You have to request for clean towel everyday. I think they should come take away the trash and clean the bathroom daily .
