Wasn't given an option for breakfast towards the end around 9:10 a.m... even though breakfast didn't end til 9:30. Second room did not have washcloths, we requested them but noone provided them.. so we had to get one from our family in the adjacent room. A bit disappointed especially since it is holiday season.

I took a two bed room for 2 adults and 2 children with plenty of space with two separate rooms, quite convenient in terms of location, property was also quite good. The reception and check in was just ok (here is some potential to improve) I booked for the Chicago Marathon and I was hoping they could be more engaged (like other hotels). They've put some bananas and bottle of water at reception on the marathon day, but nothing special. My kids enjoyed the breakfast.
