Wonderful location, nice decor and comfortable lobby area for relaxing. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, Perilla for a unique experience. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you’re looking for something different than the typical chain hotels.

I will give you more than five stars more than anything for the gentleman that received us at the door Antonio!!! The hotel was great. The room was amazing but the service that Antonio gave us was like no other. He knew how to promote the hotel. He actually gave us a tour of the river view room. I’m in the hospitality industry so I do admire and respect someone that has so much passion for their work. Congratulations Antonio and the excellent work you do.

Overall a good experience. This is our second stay at this property (previously under a different name). Location is fantastic and the room had a great view of the river. Bar downstairs was lovely. Only removed one star because it's a pain to get your car for a day trip outside of the city, the wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the pullout was SO uncomfortable that my kids preferred to sleep in yh the window alcoves.

This was my first visit to Chicago and I was fortunate to find Lotte. The staff is terrific, they have valet parking, and I didn’t get back into my car until I departed. Everything is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and the museum which I highly recommend visiting.

I booked the hotel with a river view room, however Jovan Love, the front office supervisor, upgraded me to a suite on the 12th floor. Unexpected. The room was spacious, with a separate sitting room, tastefully decorated. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. All the staff were courteous and helpful with any questions I asked. The hotel is a block from the Riverwalk, restaurants and various sights of interest. Thank you for a wonderful stay, hotel staff. A special thanks to Mr. Love. My next stay will be at L7 Chicago. Highly recommended.
