Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Room was very clean & spacious. We brought our dog and stayed in the dog room. It did still smell like other dogs when we walked in but didn't linger. (Expected) Breakfast was exceptional. It was supposed to be included with our stay but we did have to pay for a third of it. Maybe the breakfast foods we ordered were not part of the free breakfast but they should have told us. One of the elevators has a urine smell when we stepped in. Overall would have been a 5 star since it's so close to Michigan Ave and nice location. hird if it.

This Sofitel is in one of the best locations for great dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. Any request was fulfilled immediately. I will definitely return.
