The pool was a complete waste for it was so cold, no kids would even get on it. Everyone at in the hot tub which was warm at best. The continental breakfast was par at best. I've had much better at smaller chains. Rooms are nice. You hear train all night. Very close to Shedds. Staff have a hard time communicating. No one tells you anything as if you are suppose to know. Brandon was the only and best employee they have! Thank you Brandon for being so helpful!

Super convenient location. We went to concert at Soldier Field and it was within walking distance and felt very safe walking to/from venue. The room was very nice and spacious. Had complimentary breakfast- which was ok.
