Perfect spot. Clean. However rooms are a little outdated and mine didn’t have a dresser or microwave which I found a little odd. Other than that great place no complaints.

Yes to all suggested! The room was small and cold, I didn't take a shower because I didn't understand they have to run the water for some time before it gets warmer. I called housekeeping and got an argument about that! On top of all of this, my knee was injured so I was in pain the whole time. So no, it was not a good stay. Yaphett Pruitt P.S. I'd have paid more for a stay with free breakfast...

The room was very much in need of a renovation. Very old,small and run down. Beds are small, not queen size and uncomfortable. Staff were lovely and hotel in a good location but I will not stay here again due to the uncomfortable bed

Hotel was good overall. Some issues with the shower mainly, the door would slide open from times to times, and managing the heat/cold of the shower was a challenge. The staff was non welcoming. With barely some greetings from the front desk. We even sometimes feel like bothering them when asking questions. During these 4 days, we have seen many different people behind the desk, and only one was nice and welcoming. The room was small as well, but enough for a few days.

We stayed in the classic - petite room and it was perfect for the two of us. A little small as expected but it has three windows and a beautiful view of Magnificent Mile. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Highly recommend!

The place was great for the location and price, but the hotel is older and it shows, also not so clean. Beware when you check-in, you will have to pay a $25 per night "Resort Fee" -- This place is in no way a resort!!
