I like how clean the property was. We had a high floor, river view and it was amazing. The ac didn’t really cool the room down much so it was kind of warm and them. The room was very spacious, however this hotel needs bigger showers. My only complaint with the staff was that they told us we could pay for late checkout and the next morning said we couldn’t anymore and had to leave due to the hotel demand. It also took forever for us to get our bags because no one was available. The area was nice and in walking distance to a lot of places. Very nice hotel overall.

It was a great stay and we were provided a free upgrade with amazing views upon asking as it was our first time visiting Chicago, that was very kind of them. I would come here again. We also had very good food and lounge recommendations from a lady at the Hoyt restaurant.

Hotel's location is amazing! Nice lobby, rooms and bathrooms. However, I would give it a 5-star rating if the hotel had more amenities such as a pool, rooftop bar, spa. They can leverage their prime location by adding it.
