The room was not very soundproof. You could literally hear the fire department go by. I stopped counting after nine emergency vehicles went by there must be a fire station nearby. The valet was really nice, but it is very understaffed and it takes a while to get your car back or parked. Be aware that to park there each night is $68 and there is no parking nearby that allows in and out. The room wasn’t exactly what I expected. I actually thought it was going to be a lot nicer from the videos that I’ve seen. Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors.

If you value customer service or basic privacy, do not stay here. Maintenance will show up without proper notice, and if they knock a few times, they apparently believe that gives them the right to enter your room. Privacy is clearly optional at this property. Management is no better. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was later told, “I knew you needed a manager but figured you would reach back out.” Yes, because following up with guests is apparently not their responsibility either. Between the lack of communication, disregard for guest privacy, and complete absence of accountability, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
