This hotel was booked very last minute, after looking at videos on tik tok! & boy am I happy that this was our choice. When arriving, you have to take the elevator to the next level to reach the lobby. Very welcoming! Staff was friendly. We also received a complementary room upgrade to the city room. Such a nice room which was located on the 18th floor. Chicago was beautiful overall! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The heat and air was self controlled, which was good for me. Being a V.I.P member came with its perks (20% on site food and spa services). The balcony was not accessible but the view was great. Will stay here plenty of more times!

Clean room, friendly staff. My one gripe is that the shower door has a gap in it that will cause the water to leak out onto the floor if not careful. Be sure to ask for some extra towels

TLDR: Small imperfections but great place to stay! Details below. Pros: -The hotel is centrally located right next to Magnificent Mile and the train station. -Staff were friendly, room was inviting with a really comfortable bed and the shower pressure was very nice especially after a cold day outside. Cons: (mostly in the bathroom) -We found mold and slight water damage above the shower head. And there wasn't a door for the shower so water flooded everywhere. -The room ceiling had a cool industrial aesthetic but we were concerned with the crack that ran through the ceiling. - The room curtains were separated into three different panels so we felt the gaps between the curtains did not give us complete privacy.

Amazing staff and service walking distance to Gold Coast beach and the lake, and Maginificient Mile, there is a true food kitchen and Barry’s boot camp next door to it, safe area even at night, walking distance to Tao night club and has an amazing rooftop bar and lounge and restaurant down stairs food is amazing! Rooms are floor to ceiling windows with really nice bathrooms, and hardwood flooring This is hands down my favorite boutique hotel in Chicago
