Lets start with check-in it was easy and fast, the staff was very attentive, the room you can see the city views and lights this hotel was located in the middle of it all, it was easy for me to get from the mall and the bean walking distance, the restaurant in the lobby was clean and the food was good. I will recommend

We had a great stay! The room was spotless, the hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect. Pedro at check-in was professional and even gave us helpful advice for our Europe trip. Jenny from housekeeping was so kind and helpful as well. Wonderful staff — we’d definitely stay again!
