I sure wish that I could be reimbursed for possibly one night stay at this hotel. I spoke with them at the end of our stay as I was checking out and they said because I booked through a 3rd party they could not do anything. The TV did not work in our room, then when they cam to fix it the screen would go dim and then lighten up and then go dim the whole time. There was a big red stain on the carpet and the curtain at the window was torn. They must have been missing a light on one of the nightstands because it was so dark in our room. Also, they had us in a room above the nightclub area and every night it was so loud from the music we had a hard time sleeping. I sure hope that you can reimburse us some money for the hotel, that would be the right thing to do. I was frustrated because it was my daughters birthday and i wanted everything to be special.

Loud music didn’t let me sleep. It was not disclosed to me when I reserved my room that there would be a loud party that went on from the afternoon until past 2 AM. The music was audible from my room and greatly disrupted my rest and sleep. If I had known this, I would not have gotten the room. The staff was more concerned about this lounge party than the comfort of their paying guests. I’ve gotten better rest at a 2 star hotel than this place.
