Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but there was not an abundance of space and we could hear everyone talking as they walked by down the hallway. My 8yo got up to close our room door, thinking it was open because voices were that clear and loud. No microwave in the room. Cheap single serve coffee maker. And only provided 3 bath towels. They charge a $25 per night “fee” that you must pay at check in. Then you essentially get it back in a daily resort credit used in certain areas and only after 5pm. Don’t use it? You lose it. So silly. After reading multiple bad reviews regarding valet, we didn’t even bother trying it. Really wish they had a pool, especially for the price paid. It’s a huge, beautiful hotel but we really didn’t feel like we “got what we paid for” in terms of comfort or in-room amenities.

The stay was a good one. We did have an incident where next door guest was loud and unruly all night. We reported it and it was addressed with the manager Taylor assigning us another room and ensuring we were comfortable

Everything went well upon arriving until we got to he bar at 11:30pm online says they close at 1am but when we arrived a bartender was awfully rude to us I had to complaint to the manager for us to get at least one drink. Other than that everyone else was nice and friendly.
