There were a number of things that were disappointing. The tv in the room continuing to freeze.The hotel was very cold throughout the various levels.When I checked in I was given a $25 card to use at 3 different restaurants and two of them were closed. The third one I couldn't order food which was disappointing because I had not eaten all day. I was told that they had a 100 orders. The $25 also couldn't be used the next day Then there was the $55 parking and my friend Felicia and I were told that is was valid for over night. We questioned again around midnight and we were told we could pay the $55 in the morning. That turned into a big ordeal Sunday and she had to pay $87 to get her car out. As many rooms that were purchased I didn't understand why we didn't get a better discount seeing as how this is the 2nd year Spencer Leak Jr. had a party there. $400 was spent on one overnight stay and it should not have been a disappointing experience for my 1st time stay.

The rate of $267 was way too high for this hotel. There was no spa, no glasses in the bathroom, no luggage rack, refrigerator did not work, out dated bathroom with a tub. For this type of rate I am used to much more modern hotels downtown. But Hyatt Regency was NOT worth it. Just an average hotel with a downtown address.
