Staff are very polite and helpful , beautiful environment and real lively. Room is very clean , bed cozy , view is great, bathroom very modern love love love the tub, Tv is huge! I definitely recommend oh and forgot to mention it’s a cozy couch in the room as well.

the only issue during our stay was the doorman/porter. they don't allow us to use their hand track to bring our luggage up to room. Meanwhile, they are too short handed to assist the luggage. Ended, we were standing at the front door and waiting for the porter to move the hand track for more than 30 minutes.
