Not a good experience, told me to pay for an upgrade if wanted lake view, then only got a 13th floor room, with little view to the lake. Room is dirty, a lot of stains on the walls and furnitures. Not clean at all.

Ok but expensive and not family-friendly

Room and lobby were clean but rate was expensive for what we got. Room was small, sink was slow, AC was not working properly. Service was slow. They tried to charge us for removing alcohol from the room. There are hardly any amenities especially for families so I’m not sure why they charge resort fees. Restaurant upstairs is 21+ so we got excluded from that since we brought our kids. Handed out stuffed animals for kids but other than that, we felt it was not welcoming for families.

The hotel is amazing and in a good area. The room was spacious, clean, and the view was beautiful. Only con: our room was next to a maintenance room on the 22nd floor and we were awaken nightly at 2am by noise in the room.
