Nice place but missing some amenities that are always found in other apartments/bnb…no spatula for eggs. Only had 1 large spoon, wine opener and can opener. (Not including normal utensils and dish ware)1 package of coffee for 3 nights stay. Basic items… no extra blanket or pillow. Hand, shampoo and body wash all the same soap. Clean and quiet. Just bare.

Nice facility with good gym and pool. Very walkable to Music City Center. Minor flaws such as low faucet flow and slightly seedy folks walking about, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Especially with a very reasonable price and getting a nice apartment all to myself, with washer and dryer to boot. I recommend staying here as long as one is comfortable with the neighborhood

This hotel is not really a hotel. Though the listing stated it was one. I was charged twice for an incidental but it to a half an hour to fix and I was already exhausted from driving. The staff was understanding and helped but the wifi was out so I couldn't work or use the TV. So it was like I paid money for nothing.

On our first day on property we had another party of guests enter our room because they had given our room to another group during our stay. Then on our second day we had housekeeping enter our room while we were in bed that morning. It is abundantly clear that this property does not value customer privacy and is properly managed for both days of our stay to have someone unexpectedly enter or rooms. Makes your wonder if more people were on our room when we weren’t there. I will avoid this property at all costs in the future and would recommend you do the same. Management is not helpful in remediation of issues either. Book elsewhere!

Check in was not documented clearly - person at front desk assisted after we tried 4 or 5 times - then had issue with cleanliness of room, notified front desk 3 times and finally got resolved following day. Check out was easy. Pool area most residents would go to pool at 7-8 am and leave towels on chairs but not show up to use it until after 11 or so. Happned each day we stayed - not much sitting area around pool - people were greedy and not very nice to others in pool - not very considerate either. Building management was notified but didnt do anything about it . Pool was not very clean after 3 day there, dont think it was cleaned each day.

Inside the hotel was good. Clean and Safe. The area was full of the homeless, and I was a little scared to leave my apartment at night. The street was not well structured either. Usually the hotel apartment that I go have a small wellcome box, with some t-bags/ coffee/ tiny oil. But this one did not have anything. It might be a good 5$ investment for the hotel. I wish instead of the icecream shop attached to the building there was a small cafee, so we have more option to order.
