Overall very good. Liked that it was walkable to Broadway but also there were several nearby restaurants and bars. The room was laid out very well also.

Completley amazing stay from start to finish , the hotel is just beautiful and everything you could wish for , loved Zoe on arriving and also Greg the hostess with the mostess , a long travel for us from the uk but we felt immedialy awake due to attention to detail We ate , drank and had a pool party at the hotel and the prices were very reasonable , nothing is too much trouble , the location is fabulous and Nashville is just amazing We will be back and would choose this hotel again and again , thanks guys xx

Both beds had used bedding, dirt, mud and blood. The pool was disguising, cloudy and trash floating in it. Would not recommend and will not be back.

The resort is beautiful all the clientele is very friendly helpful the pool club is awesome. It gets a little crowded but you get the attention you need and the fun environment. The hotel is located in Midtown so you’re close to speakeasies and country music and a quick Uber ride to printers Alley where there many bars with great performers and fun.

Hotel and service was impeccably. As far as the pool not enough seating and was never made aware we had to reserve chairs at the pool . There were only 8 chairs first come first serve and they were full at 8am.

This Hotel should set better standards for the whole industry. They had a private party at the rooftop pool so hotel guests could not use the pool! The party they had allowed prostitutes and pimps to just walk right in the hotel and go to the party. The noise from the party could be heard from our 13 floor room. We ask to be moved and they did move us down to the 10th floor where we could still hear the music from the pool. So we demanded our money be returned and we left. The hotel didn’t seem to care that we left as well as 2 other guests at the same time! The lobby of the hotel was over run with the worst type of people that didn’t even stay at the hotel!!! We were so shocked at how bad this whole situation happened that we will NEVER stay at one of the Virgin Hotels ever again!!! It was really shocking to see what the hotel management was letting happen there. I hope the disgusting.pool party paid enough to cover the cost of guests leaving the hotel!!!
