Unacceptable Service & Unsafe Room Conditions I had a very disappointing experience during my stay on October 3rd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my confirmed reservation for a Deluxe King Suite, I was told there were no king rooms available and was given a room with two queen beds instead. Only after contacting Hotels.com was my original reservation honored. Unfortunately, the room I was eventually given was in poor condition—dirty and with exposed wires clearly visible. This is not only unacceptable, but also a serious safety hazard. This experience was far below the standards I expect, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve guest service and address safety concerns. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

The sauna was closed indefinitely- we had so been anticipating a swim & a nice sauna. The pool looked terrible, not inviting at all. There was no hot tub. The check-in guy was not friendly at all. The check-out gal was very nice & even chatted with me. She was efficient & refunded me my deposit.

Well, first of all front staff was not very friendly. Didn’t explain anything no breakfast. I asked for a quiet room area was told great room got into the room and it had not been cleaned dirty. The only thing good about the stay was Navarre casino combo friendly staff great bartender, overall great atmosphere in there. Hotel is very rundown would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anybody and not sure if I’m being charged two different prices I prepaid before and then had to agree to a different charge at check-in. No coffee pot in the room no cups no shampoo conditioner one little bar of soap tub was black dirty stained was so horrible that I actually slept with the lights on because I was afraid of little critters.

Wifi was not working all night Hair on the bedding Sheet inside out The room still had evidence of the previous guest Old mattress that made very load squeaky noises every time you move Window open when we arrived and had no screen on the ground floor A homeless person in the stairwell Our view was a large dumpster full of old mattresses Garbage truck coming at 430am Overall would not recommend.

There were cheezies, French fries, garbage and dirt on the floor and under the bed. There was a big sticky spot on the floor. The coffee and shampoo and conditioner are available at the front desk but we weren’t told that when we checked in. The front desk clerk that checked us in at night was friendly. The morning clerk was not friendly, dismissive and unhelpful. Would not stay here again.

When we walked into the hotel, we were assaulted by a disgusting smell. We still continued to the room which we found unclean. The window had no lock on a ground floor!!! Luckily, we got a refund and found another hotel.

So the room was nice but my door didnt latch, if i didnt use the extra locks my door would not have locked, by the time we got there, settled, then noticed the door wouldn't lock, it was too late and we were too tired, only place on my 2 week vacation that i slept with my pistol on the night stand, the place felt very unsafe which is not the properties fault but it is what it is, there was a bad smell in the hallway, but atleast the staff was nice,
