I have stayed at a few hotels and you know I usually go for ones that have pools but this one just fit my financial needs than anywhere else and even though it don't have a pool customer service is nice friendly and understanding the rooms are very spacious they're clean it's quiet I know no problem with noise didn't feel like it was haunted perfect temperature the heaters and coolers whatever work was like good in the room

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Expedia gave me the option to pay at the hotel but I never even saw anyone at the desk. I held the room with one card but wanted to pay with a different card but they just charged the card I had held it with. They didn’t have me sign anything. They didn’t give us a receipt at checkout. There was not even anyone there at checkout. They had Dish Network but only 5 channels worked and they had no desire to figure out why. It was the worst service ever

Room was clean but our toilet was wobbly still..same room as last year…had to buss for someone and ask them to open door for breakfast..not overly friendly response from staff..no apologies for not opening on time..although time listed was 6am. Staff said doesn’t open until 6:30am. I said it’s almost 7 am.. think they hope people will just go away

This place was one of the WORST dives that we have ever seen! Absolutely filthy and disgusting. You would get better furniture from digging in the dump..Breakfast? 2 old rotten bananas with cold cereal. No where near the airport either. Don't do it!!!

What breakfast!

First of all there was never any staff at desk. Breakfast advertised, there was no breakfast. It consisted of half a lot of bred! Asked for yogurt after waiting for someone to replenish wakes asked do you need anything, to which I stated I was waiting for yogurt to be told..we are out. I guess they were out of everything except for the 4 pieces of bread. Was extremely disappointed!

Staff was acceptable. But clearly not a lot of upkeep or maintenance is being done. A lot of trash around the building, dusty vents, everything long beyond replacement age, you get what you pay for. It’s as basic as basic could get.

When we arrived to check-in, we were immediately told that our reservation was not found and they had no vacancy. When I reached out to Expedia, they called the motel and I saw the guy answer and pretend to look for our reservation. As soon as he hung up, suddenly he informed me that another room had been canceled and that I was able to rent a room from him, but at an increased rate. This was an obvious scam to me. So I declined and left the motel. We will not be back and will never recommend them.
