This place was awful. The rooms gave hospital vibes. The beds were absolutely hard as a rock, the water in the shower randomly turned hot then cold, got up in the morning and there were ants all over thw sink, when i looked in the bed it looked like there were a few ant carcasses in the bed i just slept in all night. We stayed only one night and chose this place bc it was close to the airport, had a shuttle and had breakfast. The front desk clerk asked what time we needed a shuttle.. we told him 730. We went to go get breakfast and we were refused service bc the shuttle is 715 and on the hour only. There was no one else needing a ride and when we confronted the clerk and asked about the shuttle he told us hes sorry and that he "forgot" that the shuttle was only every hour 15 after the hour. Like what? How do u forget that?! We felt like they clukd have been more hospitible but made a choice not to be. We wojld never recommend this place and would never stay here again.

Extremely clean. The staff are very welcoming. Beautiful place.The pics here on expedia do not do it justice. Flo at the reception made you feel right at home.Beautiful Mango trees by the pool. VERY zen even though the noise from the planes leaving from the airport but that is to be expected as we wanted to be close to the airport . The food,service and ambiance at the restautant was excellent Very satisfied.

Awesome place. Convenient to the airport. Real nice pool, restaurant area. Nice clean room. Nice staff. Free shuttle to the airport. The included breakfast was delicious. This was my first visit to San Jose and was a little aprensive, but I felt safe there.
