The service at the front desk—especially from the supervisor on the evening/night of May 3, 2026—was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the supervisor was unfriendly and dismissive. When I tried to request a room near the elevator, she cut me off before I could even finish my question and simply said “no.” Later, I asked if she could exchange $50 USD into Dominican pesos. Again, before I could complete my request, she refused, saying she didn’t have enough cash—despite the hotel being fully booked, which makes that hard to understand. That same night around 10:30 PM, I arrived in a taxi and asked her once more if she could change a small amount (200 DOP) so I could pay the driver. Once again, she refused without offering any help or alternative."
