"The front desk staff was excellent. Very professional and courteous. The breakfast was okay (bag with cereal, yogurt, granola bar & apple). The pool was clean and refreshing. Housekeeping was polite and helpful. I even saw them clean the parking lot."

"The pool area is unique and fun with a large Baja ledge and permanent sun loungers in the water. It is clean and inviting. Staff are extremely accommodating, anticipating your needs and helping whenever the can. The Apex is fun with unusual games for adults and kids and the 3 level go cart ride is wonderful! There is even a level of nonsmoking casino. The restaurants offer a nice range of choices at reasonable prices. Can’t wait to return. "

"It didn't look anything like the photos posted on the site. When checking in, the person there took his time in greeting or noticing I was there. The lobby looked as if they were going out of business. The rooms window was broken and sounded as if the window was still open when it was not. The "blackout " curtains were just regular curtains with duct tape keeping them together. The front door and bathroom doors both had issues opening and closing. There were no towels in the room. When I went to the desk to ask for some, I was only given one towel and if I needed more I could come back. The stairs were in disrepair. I almost missed the step on the first flight, because it had a large chunk of the top step cracked and missing. The only thing really good I can say about the room was the bed was nice and comfortable."
