Staff auper mean tried to say there was complaints for loudness when we woke up to a call from customer sevice asleep saying they will call the cops if we dont keep it down when we were out the days there and more then quite

Only had our room cleaned once ,no garbage pick up had to put the garbage in the hall to get picked up ,had to ask for coffee and cups and towels everyday . When say they would delivery things never happened . We stayed for 6 days .

Room was comfortable, a bit on the small size but OK for our needs. Great breakfast and the staff was friendly and effective. We will use that hotel again when we get back to Campbell River.
