Lovely staff, when I went to put things in the fridge I smelled mold and saw a bunch of it still remaining in the empty fridge. Not a good first impression. Beds, thankfully, were clean after careful inspection and comfortable.

Unfortunately our room was very dirty. I took film footage of the bed ledge covered in hair and dirt. I had to plug in my charger behind the night stand and it was filthy, so bad. The people were nice and the bathroom toilet/shower/sink were clean, so that was good!

All was great except the bed. I was by myself, so I might have been in a room that’s hardly used, but the bed was awful, squeaky and 2 very flat pillows

I really enjoyed my stay in Campbell River. The motel has a good location. On arrival i had a room on the first floor wich i really didnt like, but the nice lady at the office let me upgrade for a extra fee. The room on the 2nd floor had an amazing view on the sunrise. I even saw orcas from my balcony!! But, if you are looking for something modern and squeeky clean this is not the place. It was ok, but there was spiders and spider webs in the corners...

Great staff. Didn't get her name, but the lady at the desk was very friendly and very helpful. Went out of her way to help with a small issue. The view is incredible. Stayed 2 nights and saw cruise ships go past our balcony on both nights. We will be back again for sure!

This little motel is a gem. Small Kitchenette rooms with an unparalleled view of the water and islands. The staff is super friendly. Our first floor room looked out on a garden with tables and chairs where we had our breakfast and dinner.
