A Real Gem in Courtenay BC

The hotel was lovely, and featured lots of local art. Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, with the two story indoor waterslide a terrific feature. There were laundry machines on each floor is needed. The included breakfast was great as well.

Great Hotel!

I was really pleased with this hotel! The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! We were unable to get a later check out, but that was okay since they let us come back and use the shower by the pool after our mountain bike ride! Thank you Bayside Hotel!

Staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. It was convenient to a lot in the area. Breakfast was alright but was impressed how little plastic was used compared to most hotels that serve breakfast. Well done.
