This one bedroom condo is located on the third floor of Grizzly Lodge in The Lodges at Canmore (24 Hours Front Desk available). With all bedding, bathing and kitchen hardware, this fully equipped unit will make your time away from home more enjoyable.

We had a good stay there

We had a good time. The condo is well located and the children enjoyed the swimming pool. No problem for parking underground. The reception is open 24h and it was easy to deal with. The condo looked clean but we found underwear of the previous occupant under the bed
 that made us suspicious about the cleanliness. Otherwise it was good.

The unit was clean and ready for us when we checked in. It has all the basics that are required. A couple suggestions to the owners would be to buy a new shower curtain liner (10) and a new shower curtain (20) as they’re both very stained and therefore look dirty. Also, the showerhead could be changed inexpensively as well. Cheap fixes to make the property more appealing.

The condo was exactly as it was listed...check in was smooth and easy! The unit was neat and clean. We appreciated some of the little extras in the cupboards,,,coffee, sugar, a few spices it helps if you don't have to buy everything. The hosts responded quickly and were also VERY helpful!! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!!

Unfortunately bad stay

Once we got to the main lobby we were immediately told that our hot tub in our building (grizzly lodge) was closed. I immediately messaged the host who quickly responded to let us know that the hot tub in the wolf lodge would be open, no other solution was provided. This was not communicated before our stay and was very disappointing, we tried to go to the hot tub in the wolf lodge and it was so busy we didn’t even get to use it one time . If we would have known before hand we would have gone somewhere else. Our nice romantic relaxing getaway turned out to be nothing of the sort. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and so was the pull out couch. In the room there was a binder that said we would receive a welcome basket, we did not. The building was very noisy and the door had an annoying squeak. Over all we did not have a good experience and will not be back.
