"Dirty rooms"

"PROS: Room was spacious, clean linens and comfortable bed. Relatively quiet. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. CONS: Hair on the vanity, toiletries from previous guest in the shower, lint/dirt on the bathroom floor, popcorn ceiling peeling. Inroom keurig choices were green tea, and 2 decaf blends- who drinks decaf coffee in the morning? Breakfast options were oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles. We needed a room to sleep for 1 night, and it satisfied that requirement. I would probably look for other options if I ever need to stay in Jackson. "

"Check in was easy & staff very nice. The room was had plenty of space & was clean. They just need to work on the parking because they ran out of parking spaces."

"Very clean room. Employees very polite and helpful. Comfortable bedding. Lobby is being remodeled and there is no clear sign as to where to check in. This was not a big issue, just had to look around. "
