Tolle Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Gebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen unten im Haus. Aber mit separatem Eingang ist man absolut ungestört. Man hat einen kleinen, gemütlichen Balkon vorne raus und eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm hinten raus. 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Tipp Topp sauber. Ans Wasser geht man 2 Minuten, an der Promenade entlang zur Bademöglichkeit am Strand San Moll ca. 10 Minuten. Bis zum Zentrum von Cala Rajada nochmal 10 länger - wenn man das will...Parken problemlos vor dem Haus.

Wundervoll ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich nett und entgegenkommend. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist in Laufweite von Cala Ratjada.

Wunderschöner Mallorca Aufenthalt bei Cala Ratjada

Pros: Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Fußnähe zu Cala Ratjada und zwei Stränden. Ein Lidl ist nur einen knappen Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen, gehobenen Viertel mit schönen Gärten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung, Haus und Garten der Gastgeber sehr schön gestaltet, sauber und angenehm. Unsere Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich und haben bei Fragen gerne geholfen, uns sogar bei Nachfrage extra Dinge bereit gestellt wie Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Da sie nur spanisch sprechen, musste man sich mit Händen, Füßen und Google translate verständigen, aber das war nicht schlimm, sie waren sehr liebenswürdig. Sowohl für Freundesgruppen als auch Familien geeignet, würde immer wieder kommen :)
