Excellent location!!! Across the street from the beaches of Cape Canaveral for morning walks and an afternoon of playing in the waves. Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier with restaurants and a beautiful ocean view. Short drive to Kennedy Space center and the Port with a ton of places to eat. The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. No worries about beach parking 1 dog ALLOWED 35 LBS, no cats
Other things to note
Pet rules, we have a weight limit of 35 lbs, and 1 dog allowed as per our HOA rules and regulations. There is a pet fee and I must be notified before booking.
Pets must be walked off the property. no cats please
