When the toilet got clogged, a maintenance person came within minutes and immediately took care of the issue. Only problem, I couldn’t get the a/c to come on and cool the room on arrival-then realized my trying to fix it at the unit was wrong, a thermostat was on the opposite wall to address the temperature in the room. Cooled down quickly!
