This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and Surfside with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan, offering breathtaking views. This home offers a grandiose space, with a large sitting area for relaxing or reading with beautiful views of the pool area. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

Bellevue features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with three King size bedrooms.
The primary suite is situated on the left side of the home which gives you plenty of privacy. The two guest bedrooms are situated also with each having the option of their own private bath.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
