We are pleased to present this beautiful custom built villa with well thought out and open floor plan. Great emphasis was placed on quality in the construction and furnishing of this home. You will be impressed! Interior features include tile floors, security windows and sliding doors in the living room that disappear behind the wall. The high quality surround system completes the vacation feeling.

The spacious outdoor area offers a salt water pool with Jacuzzi and shallow water zone, outdoor shower, comfortable lounge and dining table for 8. The convenient summer kitchen with granite countertop, built-in gas grill, hood, refrigerator and sink is perfect for a delicious BBQ. The boat dock is a great place to dock your rented boat after a wonderful day out at sea.

The modern eat-in kitchen with quartz island, custom wood cabinets and bar for two is fully furnished. The dining table has room for 8 hungry mouths. Thanks to the panoramic windows, the entire living area is very bright and friendly and the view outside is absolutely gorgeous. 

The home features 2 nearly identical master suites with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, double sinks, floor to ceiling porcelain tile, his and hers walk-in closets and direct access to the pool area. 2 more bedrooms, one with kingzise bed and one with 2 generous single beds can accommodate 4 more guests. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with toilet.
