• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in front of the garage, and one exterior camera at the rear of the house facing the garden are installed. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
