This villa has two kayaks and two paddle boards available for your use. Jump into the gulf access canal and explore your tropical surroundings. Or just kick back on the dock and cast a line. When you enter through the double glass front doors you will be met with vaulted ceilings and a relaxing, bright and airy feeling. The open style floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a scenic view of the gulf access canal, located right in your own backyard. The décor is modern and elegant, sporting warm tones, whites and creams, with pops of vibrant red throughout the villa. The vaulted ceilings throughout the villa give the home an airy and spacious feel. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed.

The Master bedroom is open with a King size bed and decorated with dark woods. The sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai and pool, keeping the room bright. Just image waking up in the morning and looking out to your own personal tropical paradise. The Master bedroom also has a beautiful en-suite, sporting his and hers vanities, a shower and a large soaking tub. The first guest room is spacious, decorated with the dark wooden furniture and a queen size bed. This brings sophistication to the room, and the beautiful décor leave you feeling relaxed and ready for vacation. The second spacious guest room has another queen size bed and is decorated with whites and warm browns. The Third guest room, is just as spacious as the rest with two twin size beds, warm woods and leather seating. The fourth and final guest room is large like the master. This room is decorated in creams and whites, accented with a chocolate brown comforter. Each luxury bedroom in this villa has its own TV, allowing you the escape needed to catch up on your favorite shows in the privacy of your own space.
