The kitchen features newer appliances, dishwasher, glassware, pots, pans and all utensils. The living room includes electric reclining sofas, large screen TV w/cable and WiFi, The condo also includes newer washer/dryer (laundry detergent included). Plenty of privacy. This condominium complex only contains 1 building/10 units. 1 assigned parking spot with guest parking available.
