*Pool Heating â temperature of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool heating does not run 24/7.
*Property essentials â we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.
Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

Guest access
A photo ID will be required to initially enter the gated community. Once granted, you will have a key to enter the community, which is made available once you enter your units. You will also receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home, except the locked ownerâs storage closet located in room with the (2) twin beds.
